- Authorize Mayor to sign an easement to NEMEPA contingent on approval of City Attorney in accordance with Section 21-27-5 of Mississippi Code of 1972 Annotated. (Bart Robinson)
- Request permission for two Apprentice Linemen to attend TVPPA Apprentice Lineman Training in Scottsboro, AL in May 2014, with a cost of $1,740.75 each. (Rob Neely)
