6. Consider the consent agenda:
   1. Request approval of water and/or sewer adjustments in accordance with the Oxford Utilities Leak Adjustment Policy. (Rob Neely)
   2. Request permission to hire two full-time Patrol Officers in the Oxford Police Department. (Braxton Tullos)
   3. Request permission to allow an employee to attend the Keep America Beautiful training in Flowood, MS on November 4-5, 2020 at an estimated cost of $87.00. (Amberlyn Liles)
   4. Request permission for an employee to attend the Building Officials Association of MS-Winter Conference on November 30, 2020-December 6, 2020 in Natchez, MS at an estimated cost of $836.00. (Chris Carter)
   5. Request permission for Cristina Guerrero to intern with the Oxford Police Department during the Fall Semester, in conjunction with the Three Rivers Workforce Development Program. (Jeff McCutchen)
   6. Request permission for two officers to attend the NTOA/MTOA SWAT School on November 2- 13, 2020 in Holly Springs, MS at an estimated cost of $300.00. (Jeff McCutchen)

11. Update from Chief Jeff McCutchen on citations issued to restaurants and bars.
12. Presentation of information regarding property ownership of land on which the Confederate monument is located.
