Notice that certain commission members will be included in the meeting via teleconference, subject to City of Oxford Code of Ordinances Section 2-82.

2. Adopt the agenda for the meeting.
3. Consider the consent agenda:
   1. Request permission to hire an employee in the Oxford Police Department. (Braxton Tullos)
   2. Request permission to accept the resignation of an employee in the Oxford Police Department and advertise for a replacement. (Braxton Tullos)
4. Discuss a lease contract extension for mTrade.
5. Budget Presentations from the following departments:
   1. Buildings & Grounds
   2. 2% Food & Beverage Funds and Baptist Proceeds
   3. OPD – Parking Enforcement
   4. OPD
   5. Environmental Services
6. Consider an executive session.
7. Recess to meet on Monday, July 6, 2020 at 8:30am.
