Florida Woman Arrested in Oxford, Mississippi for Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Driving Under the Influence 1st Offense, Careless Driving, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Seatbelt Violation, and No Proof of Liability Insurance

On January 12, 2025, Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a Careless Driver in the area of Highway 7 South. The driver, Jazzie Sade Bargman, 32 years old of Port St. Lucie, Florida, was arrested on suspicion of Driving under the influence.

Deputies later discovered a firearm inside the vehicle. Bargman is a convicted felon from the State of Texas. Bargman was charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Driving Under the Influence 1^St Offense, Careless Driving, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Misd.), Seatbelt violation, and No Proof of Liability Insurance.

Bargman appeared before a Justice Court Judge on Monday, January 13, 2025, and was issued a $15,000.00 bond.
