Jeffery Wilkins (42 years old) of Lafayette County, Mississippi.
On September 19, 2024, Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff‘s Office responded to a theft complaint on County Road 145. A male victim advised that he believed that a relative had been stealing from him.
After investigation, it was determined that Jeffery Wilkins had been making multiple fraudulent Cash App transactions from the victim’s bank account to his Cash App account. Jeffery Wilkins (42 years old) was charged with false pretenses over $500 as well as exploitation of a vulnerable adult.
Jeffery was arrested and transported to LCDC without incident. Justice Court Jefferys bond at $25,000.
