Catherine Tyson (41 years old, white, female)
On February 11, 2025, a walk-in report was filed with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office involving a past sexual battery and molestation of a child.
An investigation was conducted on the report. On February 14, 2025, Catherine Tyson (41 years old, white, female) and Marcus Tyson (41 years old, white, male) were subsequently arrested for Sexual Battery of a Child Under the Age of 14.
On February 15, 2025, a Lafayette County Justice Court set Mr. and Mrs. Tyson’s bond at 75,000.00 Dollars. This is still an ongoing investigation.
