On Saturday, April 18th, 2020, investigators with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department arrested Willie “Roy “ Carter, 56 Oxford, Mississippi), for Touching of a Child for Lustful Purposes.
Carter is accused of touching of a child for lustful purposes and the investigation is ongoing.
Willie “Roy” Carter is currently being held at the Lafayette County Detention Center and bond has been set at 50,000 Fifty Thousand Dollars.
