Muscle Beach is Oxford’s newest music label. Founded by Graham Hamaker with the help of Kieran Danielson and Adam Porter.
The goal, at the end of the day, is for them to do what they enjoy while building a label.
“Adam, Kieran, and I started Muscle Beach as a way to release music under a more personal umbrella, a project we could have a good time with” said Hamaker.
Going into the project, the three are wanting to ease into the process and grow naturally.
“A lot of small labels eventually fall apart because it either stopped being fun or never was fun,” said Hamaker. “We’re going to take things nice and slow with the hope that a few eyars from now we have a respectable, sustainable project.
Muscle Beach has two releases lined up as of now from co-founders Danielson and Porter.
“Right now we’re set to release the second Bonus album, II, on June 10,” said Hamaker. “We’re also planning to release the newest Starman Jr. album, Noodles, on July 8th. We have a few other things in the pipeline, but for now we’re keeping our focus small.”
