As many rural communities across the United States experience limited access to healthcare, ARcare is working to fill the gap by providing essential healthcare services across Arkansas, Kentucky, and Mississippi. The health nonprofit offers a range of services including primary care, immunizations, chronic condition management, and urgent care, all designed to provide quality and customized care. Most importantly, they open the door to help everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
Impact in the Community
By implementing a new data processing approach utilizing Microsoft Fabric, ARcare has made significant strides in improving the quality of rural healthcare. Microsoft Fabric has helped ARcare create a unified network of accessible data that can be processed and put to use quickly.
This improved process has expanded ARcare’s horizons, giving providers more insights and abilities such as:
- Helping patients get the care they need by providing providers with more comprehensive data to treat each patient effectively
- Simplifying overhead by making compliance and reporting processes to the federal government more secure and accessible
- Laying the groundwork for expansion and growth by freeing up time-consuming tasks and helping staff make more reliable predictions on where to open new centers and how to respond to changing needs
ARcare is now ready to significantly improve patient healthcare access with AI-powered tools, including chatbots. These chatbots will help streamline patient interactions, provide timely information, and assist in scheduling appointments.
