Three famed songwriters from Nashville will be featured at the University of Mississippi’s Ford Center on September 7. Grammy-nominated songwriter Roxie Dean will share the stage with Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame members Dickey Lee and Pat Alger.
Songwriting credits between the three of them include George Jones (“She Thinks I Still Care”), Reba McEntire (“He Broke Your Memory Last Night”), Garth Brooks (“The Thunder Rolls,” “Unanswered Prayers”), Trisha Yearwood (“Like We Never Had a Broken Heart”), Lee Ann Womack (“Why They Call It Falling”) and Jamie O’Neal (“When I Think About Angels”).
