Dr. Phil Baquie is happy to announce that Oxford Counseling Center has hired Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Krisna Hervey.
“A large number of people in our community are traveling outside our area for their mental health medication needs because it is next to impossible to get an appointment with one of the few psychiatric medical professionals in Oxford,” said Baquie. “So many of our talented local specialist and outpatient doctors and nurse practitioners are overloaded with patients needing help with their anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues.”
Krisna specializes in diagnosing and treating patients needing medication for anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Krisna is not only seeing Oxford Counseling Center patients, but is also accepting referred patients from medical and mental health professionals.
