The Oxford Community Garden presents a Fermentation Workshop: How to make your own sauerkraut and other pickled vegetables. You can learn how to ferment your own sauerkraut and pickles with vegetables from your garden, along with instructions and recommendations on the how to do these yourself in your own kitchen.
The event will take place at the City of Oxford Public Library Auditorium, 401 Bramlett Blvd. on Saturday July 23, 2016 from 2–4 pm. It is free and open to the public.
There will be a handout and drawing for door prizes. So please mark Saturday July 23, 2016 from 2–4 pm at the Oxford Public Library, Auditorium. Free, so bring a friend or two.
