On April 8, investigators interviewed Antonio Quintana Rodriguez, 30, of Oxford, Mississippi, and arrested and charged him with town counts of Statutory Rape and Contributing to a Delinquent.
Rodriguez was taken before a Municipal Court judge for his initial bond hearing.
