On Thursday, January 23, 2020, Investigators with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department arrested Dustin Hayes Potts, 23 of Oxford, Mississippi) for Aggravated Assault Domestic Violence. Dustin was involved in an altercation which led to the victim allegedly being choked buy the suspect.
Dustin Hayes Potts was given a bond of $2500.00 an has been released on bond.
