On Monday, November 11, 2019, the Oxford Police Department took a walk in report of stolen debit/credit cards and unauthorized purchases being made on those cards.
Through an investigation the suspect was identified as Michael Fulkerson (22 of Oxford, Mississippi). Affidavits were filed for four counts of felony credit card fraud and an arrest warrant was issued for Fulkerson.
On Tuesday, November 12th, Fulkerson was located at his residence and arrested. He was transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center and given a bond of $5,000 by a Justice Court Judge.
