On November 3, 2020 an affidavit was filed in Justice Court on 39-year-old Kathy Wiley of Oxford, Mississippi for Aggravated Assault.
On November 3, 2020 Wiley and the victim was involved in disturbance at 808 Deerfield, Wiley stabbed the victim 3 times in the arm area.
Charges was filed and Wiley was arrested. At this time, she has not had an initial appearance.
