The Big Gay Ice Cream truck drove into Oxford, Mississippi Friday, October 24 as part of their “Southern Tour 2014” and the Southern Foodways Alliance Symposium, which is going on at Ole Miss this weekend.
The food truck set up at Big Bad Breakfast at 2:00 pm, and locals were already waiting to get a taste. The line grew quickly once the ice cream started selling, and before too long, there was a two hour and forty-five minute wait in line just to get ice cream!
