How is your refrigerator right now? Empty as the bottle of Jameson at the bar.
Who is the most famous person you’ve served? What did they order? Back home I served Deuce McAllister (WHO DAT). 10 oz ribeye, garlic mashed potatoes, and a side salad with ranch.
What is the strangest request one of your customers has made? Glenlivet and Diet Coke, my soul died a little.
What’s your most memorable experience working at a restaurant? My old manager and I chased a couple outside after they didn’t pay . . . and left their child at the table.
Favorite way to relax after a long shift? Holding whichever cat will allow me to the longest.
What are a few of your favorite places to dine? Casa Mexicana, Pick Thai, and, of course, The Basement of Dreams.
Number one lesson you’ve learned since becoming a server? It’s not life or death, just lunch and dinner.
