
Snackbar, Oxford’s neighborhood restaurant, in collaboration with MadVines Wine & Spirits and JP-Bourgeois, is excited to announce a wine dinner featuring selections from the Gönc Winery catalog.
On Wednesday, February 26, attendees can expect a five-course dinner menu, carefully crafted by Chef Vishwesh Bhatt, along with five meticulously curated Gönc wine pairings.
Menu items include oyster soup, mushroom and farro piccolo gratinée, citrus-herb-chili grilled swordfish, lamb crépinette á la merguez, and a cherry roll cake.
Gönc’s love for wine dates back to 1936 in Hungary and is a combination of wine and music. The winery also tells a story with 136 dots, each representing one liter of wine from the barrel, Gönc.
